This service has been originally intended for itSMF CzechRepublic members, however we are able to answer question in English as well. Each member can raise a question by e-mail sent from his registered e-mail address to .. The answer is ordinarily sent within 5 workdays. Text of the question will be published in section named Questions and answers and together with document containing question and full text of answer which is accessible only for members after login.
